SERV-ISKO centralizes student and organization representative transactions for PUP Taguig, including Good Moral Certificate requests, student and scholarship records, organization reports, award submissions, role transfers, approvals, and notifications.

The system uses role-based access for students, organization representatives, staff, admins, and super admins so each user only sees the modules and actions assigned to their role.

Major modules include Good Moral requests, student profiles, edit requests, scholarship records and surveys, active requests and deadlines, organization reports, awards, role transfer, notifications, audit logs, and account management.
How does the system support transparency?
Users can monitor statuses, receive notifications, view feedback, and follow the progress of requests from submission to review, verification, approval, and release.
What security measures are considered?
The system uses authentication, role-based access, Laravel validation, CSRF protection, hashed passwords, controlled file uploads, and audit/activity logs for important actions.
What should users prepare before submitting a request?
Students should prepare their correct student information, request purpose, payment receipt when required, and any proof or supporting document requested by the Student Services Office.
Who reviews and approves transactions?
Staff and admins review requests, verify uploaded files or receipts, update statuses, provide feedback when needed, and monitor submitted records through their assigned modules.
